Liya Fried is currently a Junior at Hastings High School, and this will be her second year writing for the buzzer. She has always had a passion for creative writing and Journalism. This year, Liya will be a news editor for the paper and can’t wait to connect with people even more! In her free time, she enjoys listening to music and podcasts, exploring different places with her friends, and making jewelry.
